Diamond Technologies was founded by Greg Ballance and Chuck Burns, who had a vision for an IT consulting firm that was centered on a simple mission and set of core values, which said that if they focused on taking great care of both their clients and their employees, success would follow. The founders saw an opportunity in the Delaware market to create a high caliber, full service IT consulting organization, so in the fall of 1996 Diamond Technologies was launched.

Throughout the years the company has served an impressive list of prestigious clients in both the public and private sectors, including numerous State and Municipal government agencies, and industry leaders like Wawa, AstraZeneca, W.L. Gore, and many others.

Diamond Technologies seeks to "take the uncertainty out of IT", so that our clients can count on us to deliver solutions on time, on budget, and that successfully meet the needs of their businesses. At Diamond, we see technology simply as the tools of the trade, a means to the goal of providing business value for our clients.
