Greg Ballance
President and CEO

Greg Ballance has a 25-year career in the Information Technology industry. In 1996, he was the founding partner of Diamond Technologies Inc. a systems integration company. Following the growth of the technology industry, Diamond Technologies has grown into a multi-million dollar regional consulting services firm specializing in cloud services, mobility, and portal solutions. The company has been recognized as an INC500 fast-growing company, Delaware’s Best Places to Work, and Delaware’s SBA Small Business Person of the Year.

Prior to starting Diamond Technologies, Greg assisted in the growth of Walklett-Burns (WB), a technology consulting firm based in PA. Holding positions of Principal Technologist, VP of Sales, and Partner, Greg provided technology guidance to numerous Fortune 500 companies, including DuPont, AstraZeneca, Wawa, Oracle, Digital Equipment, MBNA, and others. Earlier in his career, Greg held key technology positions with Okidata and National Department of Defense.

Currently, Greg serves on the corporate Board of Junior Achievement and is the Chairman of Delaware Youth for Christ and an active member of Wilmington Rotary.

Greg holds a MBA from Rutgers University and a BS degree in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University.
