Responsibilities:

• Lends DOE-specific subject matter expertise for interfaces and reporting requirements
• Gathers and/or documents current DOE-specific interfaces and reporting processes
• Provides DOE-specific technology estimates for subsequent phases

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of education institution experience or in a education technology environment
• 5+ years Software Development experience and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and technology trends
• Broad knowledge of commercial software development and testing practices (IEEE and CMM)
• Broad knowledge of Java/J2EE, Perl scripting, XML, and/or C# technologies
• The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a software development team, mentoring less experienced software developers, conducting peer reviews
• Previous Supervisory or Lead experience
