Wilmington selects Diamond to deliver online services

Online tax parcel search is the first phase of online services to be provided

Wilmington, Del. – Like many cities and municipalities today, the City of Wilmington is challenged to do more with less in these tough economic times. In an effort to provide more value and services to its constituents, Wilmington is embracing the Internet as a means to provide automated services to its citizens and business community.

Based on Diamond’s experience assisting New Castle County, Delaware with a similar solution, Wilmington selected Diamond Technologies to design and develop an online Internet portal that will ultimately provide a host of services to Wilmington’s citizens and businesses. The first phase of this portal will be implementation of a tax parcel search feature, which will allow users to search and identify properties throughout Wilmington. Future capabilities will include online tax and utility payments and much more.
