As 77 million Baby Boomers enter their retirement years, employers will be faced with the increasingly difficult task of recruiting qualified and reliable candidates to fill critical positions. Senior Staffers needed a multi-functional company website, which can be utilized by both clients and employers.

Diamond Technologies developed a comprehensive, web-based, highly functional employment tool for job seekers and employers. The application allows employers to post available jobs, and offers candidates the opportunity to post their background and experience profiles. Candidates can search for jobs, while employers search for candidates through an easy to use website.
